Selecting the most suitable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an important decision for organizations seeking to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness. This study proposes an integrated multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) framework that combines the LOPCOW-DOBI method for expert weighting, hyperbolic fuzzy numbers to capture uncertainty in expert judgments, DEMATEL to examine cause-and-effect relationships among evaluation criteria, and COPRAS for the final ranking of ERP alternatives. Six evaluation criteria were identified: customization, support, implementation time, cost, ease of use, and integration. The DEMATEL analysis identified customization and support as the most influential criteria. Among the five ERP alternatives evaluated, ERP 2 emerged as the most suitable option. The proposed hybrid approach provides an effective mechanism for managing vagueness and subjectivity in expert judgments and supports more informed decision-making in the ERP selection process. The framework also has broader applicability and can be extended to other complex decision-making contexts involving interdependent criteria and uncertainty.
