Aims and scope

The Journal of Contemporary Decision Science (JCDS) aims to provide an international scholarly platform for the dissemination of high-quality research on modern decision-making theories, methodologies, and applications in complex and uncertain environments. The journal seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical advances and practical decision support solutions, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue among researchers, practitioners, and policymakers.

JCDS focuses on contemporary challenges in decision science, including uncertainty modeling, intelligent decision support systems, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable and strategic management decisions. The journal encourages contributions that advance methodological innovation while demonstrating real-world relevance and managerial impact.

The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, methodological studies, and applied case analyses covering, but not limited to, the following areas:
